You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In case of return, fill in the withdrawal form that you will find on the package or contact us in order to inform us about the reasons for the return and the way you want us to serve you. In product returns, the cost of the return is borne by you unless it is an incorrect code or a defective product (products are thoroughly inspected before shipment).
In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to send the product in its original condition and without removing the special markings of the product (protectors, cards, labels) , necessarily accompanied by the corresponding sales document. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company.
You are given the following alternatives:
Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us, whether the product is defective (same code, resizable or color-changing), sent you the wrong code, or the size is not appropriate for you. For the best possible service, we suggest, within 2 working days from the date of receipt, to inform us either by phone or by e-mail about the desire to replace it. In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you alternative.
Refund: In case of return of products, the store must return the money within 14 days of receipt of the products.
